Overview
The client is a leading B2B sales insights company, they wanted to solve the problem of getting real-time insights on CXOs of some of their key customer accounts.
Problem Statement
Here are some challenges that the client was facing:
- Absence of a 360-degree customer view
- Unable to find underlying patterns in customer data
- Unable to do cohort analysis based on Gender, Education, Past employer, Skills etc.
- The client wanted to develop a lookalike model but was unable to do so
Solutions
- Navigation Module: Navigates to the respective URL for data extraction.
- Data Extraction Module: Extracts data related to key parameters about CXOs and returns the value to the AWS RDS, the data extraction frequency can be set based on the business requirement.
